Our Mission

Empower organizations to transform leadership capability through customized coaching and applied training that deliver measurable business results.

Our Vision

A world where every leader, at every level, has access to context-relevant development that drives performance, inclusion, and resilience.

Our Story

Fluence was founded on a shared belief that leadership development should translate into meaningful change in how leaders lead.
The founders of Fluence first worked together in environments where leadership development played a critical role in shaping culture, performance, and organizational growth. Through those experiences, they saw both the potential and the limitations of traditional leadership programs.

Too often, development was separated from the realities leaders face every day. Programs could inspire new ideas, yet leaders struggled to translate those insights into consistent behavior change once they returned to their roles.

Drawing on more than 50 years of combined experience in leadership development and coaching, the founders built Fluence around a different approach. This approach integrates applied learning with coaching and reflection so leaders develop capabilities they can apply immediately in their work.

Today, Fluence partners with organizations seeking to strengthen leadership capability, develop future leaders, and build environments where people and teams can thrive.

What Makes Fluence Different

Customization

Every organization faces unique leadership challenges shaped by its strategy, culture, and operating environment. Fluence designs leadership development experiences that adapt to each organization’s priorities, ensuring programs remain relevant, flexible, and aligned with real business needs.

Applied Learning

+ Coaching

Fluence integrates experiential learning with coaching so leaders can immediately apply new capabilities in their work. Workshops introduce practical frameworks while coaching supports reflection, accountability, and sustained behavior change.
