Dr. Ronald Rodriguez, PCC Co-Founder $ Chief Business Officer
A Texas native, Ron brings nearly 25 years of experience in operations, product leadership, and organizational development.
At Fluence, Ron leads strategic development and commercial growth, partnering with organizations to align leadership development with business priorities and measurable outcomes. His experience spans the edtech, hospitality, and consulting sectors, where he has supported organizations navigating growth, operational complexity, and evolving leadership demands.
Ron holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. He is also a certified NeuroCoach and leadership behavior specialist.
Dr. Cristina Padilla, ACC Co-Founder & Chief Community Officer
Based in San Diego, Cristina Padilla brings expertise in coaching, leadership development, and community building.
As Chief Community Officer, Cristina leads the development of Fluence’s global coach community, cultivating collaboration among coaches and supporting leaders across organizations. She also oversees Fluence’s commitment to inclusive leadership and community impact, including initiatives such as Fluence Gives.
Cristina holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and an M.A. in Politics, Economics & Business, and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation.
Dr. JimiBeth Myers, PCC Co-Founder & Chief Learning Officer
Based in New York City, JimiBeth brings more than two decades of experience across marketing, operations, and professional development.
As Chief Learning Officer, she leads the design and evolution of Fluence’s leadership development programs. JimiBeth believes leadership training is most effective when it is grounded in a leader’s real context and supported through experiential learning and coaching.
She holds a Doctorate in Applied Learning Sciences from the University of Miami and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
