A Texas native, Ron brings nearly 25 years experience in operations and product leadership.
As the Chief Business Officer, Ron leverages his passion for learning along with his extensive leadership experience in the Edtech, Hospitality, and Consulting industries to run the strategic development and commercial growth for Fluence.
He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Chicago, is a Leadership Behavior expert, and is a certified NeuroCoach with a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.

She holds a Doctorate in Applied Learning Sciences from University of Miami, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, and is a trained Coach Supervisor

Founded in Austin, Texas, Fluence is inspired by our collective expertise, responsibility and passion for influencing leaders around the world to make a difference.
